Description:

Sabanci Mosque is the symbol of Adana and is the biggest and beautiful mosque in the Middle East. The mosque located on the coast of Seyhan River and its high minarets are visible from almost anywhere in the city.

Sabanci Mosque was built in 1998 by Turkish Religious Foundation and Sabanci Foundation. It has a majestic structure with 6 minarets 99 meters high and it may contain 28 500 people. On the west side of the mosque is a big public library.
