Description:

Francis Skaryna was born around 1490 (exact date unknown) in Polotsk. In the years 1504-1506 is a student at Krakow University. After college, get a bachelor's degree, and then the doctor Free arts. And in the 1512 exams at the University of Padua for the degree of Doctor of Medicine.

In 1517 he established the printing house in Prague, where the book was printed Psalter. Later Skarin translates and publishes 22 other books of the Bible.
